General
Treat orders need to be placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Occasionally, there is available for last minute orders. A rush fee may apply.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee is required to reserve a date. Orders less than $100.00 must also be paid in full. The balance is due Monday prior to your event. No date is secure unless a deposit is received.
Refunds are not given unless approved by Shawntae. Any cancellations must be done within 7 days of the event and can be rescheduled within 1 year of the original event date.
